The foreclosed shares 226-300 in Asunto Oy Tikkakosken Hakakatu 6 will be sold on the Huutokaupat.com website during 26 August - 20 September 2026, by means of a bidding process ending at 18:00. The shares entitle the holder to control apartment no. 4, a 75 m² 3-room + kitchen residential apartment at Hakakatu 6 A, 41160 Tikkakoski.
The property will be sold by open bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com during 26 August - 20 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last approved bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The written bid must
be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 17 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Jyväskylä office of the Enforcement Authority, address Vapaudenkatu 54, Jyväskylä, or by email to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The enforcement authority reserves
the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
Buyer's liability for compensation
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
Payment terms
The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder is deemed to be the buyer.
If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Any payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest must be paid on the entire purchase price for the full agreed period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period, in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act.
If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted.
If payment is not made within the prescribed time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been carried out. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.
Obligations transferred to the buyer due to the previous owner's unpaid charges and payment defaults
The maximum liability of the new owner is equal to the total amount of the company maintenance charge for the month in which ownership transferred and for the five preceding months. The new owner's liability for the above overdue unpaid maintenance charges and comparable payments is €1,385.00. If the new shareholder wishes to take possession of the apartment, the full outstanding maintenance charge claim must be paid to the company,
totalling €1,385.00 as at 20 August 2026. The amount of the claim will change as time passes.
