The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 27 August - 17 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 17 September 2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 15 September 2026 at 12:00 to
Enforcement Authority, Lappeenranta office
Villimiehenkatu 2
53100 Lappeenranta
or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer is submitted.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest offer.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
