Enforced industrial property in Somero, Somero

The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 2 September 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether the highest bid is accepted.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20% deposit of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after the bid has been accepted.

If necessary, a payment period of no more than four weeks may be granted for the final purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the full purchase price must be paid in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Turku office of the Enforcement Authority, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The buyer will obtain title to the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
