Enforced sale of detached house property in Uimaharju, Joensuu

The property will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 7.8.2026-30.8.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 30.8.2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system.

The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer refers. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28.8.2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's liability for compensation:

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
