Sale of seized real property in Nilsiä, Kuopio

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 26 August 2026 - 23 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 23 September 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply to it.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Buyer’s liability for compensation: Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
