Attached detached house property in Outokumpu, Outokumpu

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 27/8/2026 and 22/9/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The deadline for submitting bids ends on 22/9/2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction.

The bid must be submitted no later than 21/9/2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Yliopistokatu 6 B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's liability for compensation: Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
