The property will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 31.08.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

The enforced asset is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 31.08.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

Up to six weeks may be granted for payment of the remaining purchase price, if necessary. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the full purchase price must be paid in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 27.08.2026 at 12:00 to the address below

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the enforcement authority no later than 27.08.2026 at 12:00 at the address below

The buyer will obtain ownership of the shares and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sales decision has become legally valid and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
