The property is sold in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website. The online auction ends on 3 September 2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether the highest bid is accepted.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after the bid has been accepted.

If necessary, a payment period of no more than four weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the entire purchase price must be paid in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the whole agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding function. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 31 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Turku office of the Enforcement Authority, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
