Seized residential property in Paimio, Paimio

The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 3 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or non-acceptance of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's compensation liability under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20% deposit of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s reserved account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If needed, up to four weeks’ payment time for the balance may be granted. The payment period must be agreed separately. If an extension is granted, annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the full purchase price for the agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted no later than 29 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to:

The written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and is sold by the bailiff by free sale, observing the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code as applicable.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property on offer, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the property and the deed will be delivered to the buyer only when the sale has become legally binding and the purchase price has been paid in full.
