The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 17 April 2026 and 17 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 17 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has registered as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be delivered no later than 13 May 2025 at 12:00 to the Kuopio office at the address below.
