The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 12 May–2 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 2 June 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism.

The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number for the lot concerned. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 1 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office at Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Buyer's liability to compensate:

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.
