The property is sold in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com from 12 May–2 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 2 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder must pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted. Written offers must arrive by post or e‑mail to the Enforcement Authority no later than 28 May 2026 at 16:15. A written offer must state the bidder's name, personal ID / business ID and contact details. Written offers are entered into the online auction as maximum bids. The person submitting a written offer is responsible for ensuring it arrives on time. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property is seized and sold privately under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the Code's general auction terms.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account. When the payment appears on the account, the enforcement officer issues the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. Payment by credit card is not accepted.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.

Payment period: If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remainder from the sales decision. Annual interest at the reference rate applies to the whole purchase price for the payment period from the sale date to the end of the payment period. The current reference rate is 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted time, default interest will be charged thereafter; current rate 9.50%.

Buyer’s obligations

The buyer must pay transfer tax of 3% of the purchase price proactively before applying for title registration and no later than six months after the sale contract is made. The buyer is also responsible for title registration costs and transfer tax.

The State has a pre-emptive right to acquire the property if acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security, or to ensure territorial integrity (Act on the State's pre-emptive right in certain areas 29.3.2019/469).

Foreign persons defined by law may acquire real estate in Finland only with a permit (Act on the State's pre-emptive right in certain areas 29.3.2019/470).

The bid must reach the Enforcement Authority by 28 May 2026 at 16:15 at the address Utsökningsverket / Brahestad office, Kummatinkatu 6, 92150 Brahestad or oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and include contact details, maximum bid amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com.
