The deadline for submitting offers expires on 17 May 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increments. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum offer amount and the huutokaupat.com object number. Prior agreement with the enforcement officer is required and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 13 May 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest submitted offer.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any fees related to the transfer of connection agreements are the responsibility of the buyer.

The seized property is sold by online auction with automatic increment bids on www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 17 May 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid has been placed.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increments. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13 May 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
