The deadline for submitting offers ends on 07/06/2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; it will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number on huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 03/06/2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges related to transfers of connection contracts.

The seized property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 07/06/2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid has been placed.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment machine. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 03/06/2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
