Payment terms
The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Once the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer will issue the sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties. Payment by credit card is not accepted.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.
Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sale decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period from the sale date until the payment period ends. The reference interest rate is currently 2.50%. Buyer’s liabilities
