Seized property in Hämeenlinna, Hämeenlinna

The property will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 12 May–3 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, prospective buyers may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. A written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 1 June 2026 at 13:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the proposer of the highest accepted bid and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the bailiff in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
