The deadline for submitting offers ends on 19 May 2026 at 10:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 13 May 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any fees for transferring connection agreements are the responsibility of the buyer.

The seized property will be sold by online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 19 May 2026 at 10:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer approved for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13 May 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
