The property is sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 2 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bid system. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer pertains.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Any payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest is payable on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the agreed payment period from the sale date until the payment deadline.

The asset is seized and will be sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer, observing where appropriate the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title to the property within six months of the date of the deed. The transfer tax must be paid by the buyer when applying for title unless the buyer is exempt from the transfer tax.

The buyer will acquire ownership and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
