The property will be sold by successive bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website

between 12 May 2026 and 2 June 2026. Participation requires registration.

The deadline for submitting bids ends on 2 June 2026 at 13:00 or

three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the day before the sale ends to the Enforcement Authority's Kuopio office, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted,

the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated

payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's compensation obligation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that the contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. In principle, the buyer and new owner of the property will only be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the online auction buyer makes a bid on behalf of another person, the bidder must provide authorisation and the actual buyer's details by e-mail immediately after the highest accepted bid to kuopio.realisointi.uo(at)oikeus.fi. Otherwise the enforcement officer will make the sale decision in favour of the party that submitted the highest accepted bid.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.
