The property will be sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 15/05/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20% deposit of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. Payment terms must be agreed separately. If an extension is used, annual interest shall be charged on the full purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic increase function. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Therefore buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
