The property is sold by rising bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The Enforcement Officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate pursuant to section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted. If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the purchase price for the payment period. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 8 May 2026 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The asset has been seized and will be sold by auction conducted by the Enforcement Officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

The buyer is obliged to pay transfer tax of 1.5%. The tax amount is calculated on the total of the purchase price and any liabilities transferred to the buyer, according to the date of transfer of ownership. The buyer obtains ownership of the property upon receipt of the deed of sale. The deed of sale will be delivered when the sale is final and the full purchase price and transfer tax have been paid.
