Seized terraced house share in Annala, Tampere

The lot is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 16 April 2026 and 12 May 2026. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply to it.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price arises when the offer has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If not stated, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

The property is seized and sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
