For sale are the shares seized by the enforcement officer and offered in open sale in housing company Asunto Oy Pietarinvatro, Pajakaarre 2–4, apt. 6, 52300 Ristiina, Mikkeli: share numbers 676–822, which entitle the holder to possession of apartment no. 6.
Obligations and rights transferred to the buyer
Under Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Finnish Act on Housing Companies, the new owner is jointly liable with the previous owner for unpaid company maintenance charges and other payments referred to in Chapter 3, Section 2(2) of the Act. The maximum liability equals the total amount of maintenance charges and payments for the month when ownership transfers and the five months immediately preceding it. However, the new owner is not liable for any unpaid maintenance charge or payment of the previous owner that is not listed in the property manager's certificate and which fell due before the date of that certificate. The buyer is personally liable only up to the maximum amount stated above.
The general meeting decided on 27/04/2026 to take the apartment into the company's possession for up to three years. The apartment has not been rented out by the company. The amount of the receivables mentioned above changes monthly as new maintenance charges fall due. Interest on late payments will also accrue on the overdue receivables.

The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 11 May 2026 and 5 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 5 July 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
