Obligations and rights passing to the buyer

According to the manager's certificate, the amount of overdue and unpaid maintenance charges and other payments related to the apartment is €8,598.38 as of 6 March 2026. The amount of unpaid charges may change during the sales procedure.


The amounts above change monthly as new maintenance charges fall due. Overdue amounts also accrue late interest.

Terms of Sale

The property is sold by rising bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 11 May 2026 – 1 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 1 June 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid highest accepted by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be delivered no later than 28 May 2026 at 12:00 to:
