Terms of Sale

The property will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 8 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

 

The object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 8 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve the highest bid.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

 

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit to the Enforcement Authority’s official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

 

If necessary, the buyer may be granted a payment extension of six weeks for the remaining purchase price. During the payment extension, the buyer must pay interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

 

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The buyer must not use the property in a way that would reduce its value before receiving the deed of sale. The buyer will obtain title to the property upon receipt of the deed of sale.
