The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 11 May and 8 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 8 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bid incrementer. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must show the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer relates.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
