Seized residential property at Kyykäntie, Sastamala (1530 m²), Sastamala

The property will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 11 May 2026 and 1 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 1 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation in accordance with Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
