The property will be sold by bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website in an online auction held between 20 April 2026 and 13 May 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately on the acceptance or rejection of the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the auction's automatic increment mechanism. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
