Terms of sale

The property will be sold by online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during the period 22/04/2026 - 13/05/2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service-provider's system records as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff under Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.
