Seized property with buildings in demolition condition in Harjunpää, Ulvila

The property is sold by rising bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 16/04/2026–07/05/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 07/05/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder is considered the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be delivered in writing no later than 05/05/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
