The property is sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 10 April 2026 - 4 May 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 4 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in line with the automatic increase function. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids submitted in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid and provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable.
