The property will be sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website huutokaupat.com during 21 May 2026 - 14 June 2026. The deadline for submitting offers ends on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last offer accepted into the auction.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer may, however, accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to: Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The object is sold in a web auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 21 May 2026 - 14 June 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to place bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.
