The property is sold in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. The online auction ends on 10 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Code of Enforcement.

Immediately after acceptance of an offer, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the full purchase price for the payment period. The annual rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority to be included in the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic increment system. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. Written offers must be submitted no later than 8 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in accordance with the general auction terms laid down, as applicable, in the Code of Enforcement.

Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property for sale carefully and to read the sales prospectus and the attached documents. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot. Buyers should therefore examine the lot before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must declare and pay the transfer tax when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will acquire ownership and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
