Seized property in Salo (Muurla) with main building and outbuilding in need of demolition, Salo

The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 11 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement authority via the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period ends on 11 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the payment deadline. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, the buyer may be granted a payment extension for the remaining purchase price of six weeks. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is payable on the whole purchase price for the extension period. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase function. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the object number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Therefore, buyers should inspect the property before submitting an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration (confirmation of title) within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer obtains the right of possession to the property once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must not use the property in a way that diminishes its value before receiving the deed. The buyer acquires ownership of the property on receipt of the deed. The deed will be handed over once the full purchase price has been paid and the sale has become final.
