Seized detached house property in Imatra, Imatra

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 29 April – 27 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 27 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system recognises as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sales period.
