The property will be sold by online bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 20 May 2026 - 14 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period. The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. That bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the maker of the highest bid will be considered the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid incrementer. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the offer's maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
