The deadline for submitting offers ends on 14/06/2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. 

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum bid amount and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. Submission of a written offer must be arranged with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 10/06/2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any charges for transferring utility or connection contracts are the buyer's responsibility.

The seized property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 14/06/2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 10/06/2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
