Terms of sale

The property is sold by upward bidding on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com between 20 May 2026 - 10 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 10 June 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 9 June 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the lot number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the bailiff, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

Appeals against the sale and actions relating to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. An appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.
