The deadline for submitting offers ends on 24 May 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The written offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum offer amount and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. Submission of a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 20 May 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any costs arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 20 May 2026 at 12:00 to the address below.
