For sale: two seized properties and a leasehold with buildings in Rantasalmi, Rantasalmi

The item is sold by upward bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 15 April 2026 and 6 May 2026.

Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 on 6 May 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The acceptance or rejection decision may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. There is no right of withdrawal for the highest bidder. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raise function. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 on 5 May 2026 to: Ulosottolaitos, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure their contact details registered at www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, as a rule, be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other authorisation.

The assets are seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any sale-related or pre-sale action must be made within three weeks from the sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
