Seized leasehold with buildings in the City of Pieksämäki, Pieksämäki

The property will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 10/9/2026 to 1/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 1/10/2026 at 14:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via www.huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may deliver a written bid to the bailiff. The bid will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding increments. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount, and the item number of the online auction to which the bid is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered in the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. The buyer and new owner of the property will, in principle, be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other explanation.

The property has been seized and is sold by public auction conducted by a bailiff, applying where appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure, and the attached documents.

An appeal concerning the sale, or an act related to or preceding the sale, must be filed within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sales decision.
