Participation in the auction requires registration. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid within seven business days from the end of the online auction. Acceptance of the bid and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.

Bids are made on the purchase price, which does not include amounts payable by the buyer under the Limited Liability Housing Companies Act (see more details in the sales brochure under obligations and rights transferring to the buyer). Any receivables of the housing company must be paid by the buyer directly to the housing company separately; the purchase price paid to enforcement does not reduce them in any respect.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Payment terms: The buyer must immediately pay an advance deposit of EUR 5,000.00 into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The advance deposit cannot be paid by credit card. If the highest bid is accepted, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price if necessary. If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the full purchase price must be paid in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 2(2) of the Interest Act for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

Appeal: An enforcement complaint concerning the sale or an act related to the sale, or preceding the sale, must be lodged within three weeks from the sale. The appeal instructions will be attached to the sales decision.
