The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 9 September 2026 and 30 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject the highest bid is made within the two following business days after the end of the sale, or after the secured creditor has given its position on the sale.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written

offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number of the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding, and the same terms apply to it as in the

online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Jyväskylä office of the Enforcement Authority, address Vapaudenkatu 54, 40100 Jyväskylä, or by email to jyvaskyla.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder of the highest accepted bid. The bidder of the highest bid must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the bidder of the highest bid will be considered the buyer.

If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the entire purchase price must be paid in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made within the निर्धारित time, the buyer must pay default interest in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price until the price has been paid or a new sale has been carried out.

Buyers are advised to carefully inspect the item for sale, the sales brochure, and the attached documents before making a bid.
