The property will be sold by way of bidding on the online auction website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 10/09/2026 to 01/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 01/10/2026 at 14:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via www.huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding function. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 01/10/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Mikkeli office at Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the notified payment period. An appeal concerning the sale or an act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of the sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
