The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 10.9.2026 to 1.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 1.10.2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the www.huutokaupat.com website, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in the increment system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 1.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Mikkeli office of the Enforcement Authority, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for damages pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

An appeal concerning the sale, or any action related to or preceding the sale, must be lodged within three weeks from the date of the sale. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sale decision.
