The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 10.9.2026 - 30.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30.9.2026 at 14:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the website www.huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the raise-bidder. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the bid applies. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply to it. The bid must be submitted no later than 29.9.2026 at 12:00 to the Mikkeli office of the Enforcement Authority, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer through a public sale, with the general auction terms under the Enforcement Code applied as appropriate.

Buyers are advised to carefully inspect the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

An appeal concerning the sale, or any action related to the sale or preceding it, must be lodged within three weeks from the sale date. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sales decision.
