The building is a hotel building on leased land heated by an air-to-water heat pump. The building is sold with its movable property, and with the current fixtures and fittings the business can be started immediately on site. The lease right applies to the property 181-411-1-1 (property designation 181-411-1-1-L7) and covers the hotel building on the plot. Holiday Hotel Jämi is a building in the most central location in the Jämi area, with decades of tradition in hotel and restaurant operations. The building has a brick frame and rendered exterior, and was completed, according to estimates, in the 1930s; it underwent significant renovation in the 1990s and extensive works in 2019–2020. The gabled roof has sheet-metal roofing and the windows are in good condition and renewed. The floor area of the building is at least 1,200 m². The yard area is level and asphalted; the outdoor terrace is located on a slope.

The building has three floors. The upper floor contains ten guest rooms as well as lobby areas and a kitchen. The lease right was registered in the real estate information system on 15 May 2007 (reference 711/15.5.2007/911). The lease agreement was made on 13 April 2007 and the lease term began on 1 April 2007. The lessor is the State of Finland / Metsähallitus (business ID 0116726-7). The lease agreement is valid until 31 December 2033.
