Seized leasehold with buildings in Pieksämäki's Naarajärvi, Pieksämäki

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 20.8.2026-14.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 14.9.2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for damages under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the www.huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 10.9.2026 at 12:00 to: Ulosottolaitos Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number of the online auction to which the bid is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer of the item and the new owner will in principle be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property has been distrained and is being sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the item for sale, the sales brochure, and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale, or against an act related to the sale or preceding the sale, must be filed within three weeks from the date of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sales decision.
