The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 10 September 2026 - 1 October 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 1 October 2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding increment automation. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 29 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Lappeenranta office of the Enforcement Authority, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
