The property is sold by auction, and the seller undertakes to sell it to the highest accepted bidder. Bids are submitted by the stated deadline, starting above the asking price. It is also possible to take part in the auction in person by submitting a bid directly to the seller. The transaction is concluded between the seller and the buyer – Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

The buyer assumes responsibility for the apartment’s debt portion of €169,991.95 (status on 31 August 2026). If the deal is made in September or later, loan repayments made after August will be added correspondingly to the sale price – the debt-free price will remain the same for the buyer.

The winning bidder pays a €4,000 deposit within two (2) days of the bid being accepted.

Inspection of the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the apartment in question, as well as the company’s documents and records. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been identified in the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the documents المتعلقة to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to them and reasonably expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of shares will take place at the completion meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed standard compensation.
