Terms of Sale

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 21.08. - 13.09.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 13.09.2026 at 17:00, or three minutes after the latest accepted bid.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the bailiff, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system.
