The object will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 9 September 2026-30 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30 September 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If the bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 29 September 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed, and it must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount, and the item number of the online auction to which the bid is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered in www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner of the object will be the person who has submitted the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the object for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal regarding the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
